
Catering Expert - Event Planner - Creative
Born in Milan and raised between Mexico, Spain, Italy and New York. I come from a food family and funny enough married into one. Parents founded acquolina catering and my husband is a partner in the Sant Ambroeus restaurant group. I manage the events department for the SA group for many years and recently joined my family business and help launch the new delivery concept acq-to go. My passion is food and wine. I’m constantly trying new restaurants; my vacations are planned around food. My job also allows me to work with the top chefs (recently did a dinner with Massimo Bottura) and plan the most extravagant events. My clients are constantly looking for something new and different so it's import to keep up with food trend and techniques but at the same time honor the classics. I love to host dinner parties and have an obsession for tablespaces, a beautiful table sets the mood for the evening to come
