Hailing from the sunny isle of Singapore, Hansel Tan is a bartender-mixologist, freelance cocktail consultant, actor, and creative living and working in New York City. He is the founder of Q Cocks – an artist driven Cocktail Cooperative bringing together the creative synergies of artists and mixological innovation, vis-a-vis a platform celebrating the regenerative inexhaustibility of the creative cocktail spirit. As a freelance cocktail and beverage consultant, Hansel has worked with numerous private clients, liquor brands, event planners, and catering companies to unveil new, and original themed cocktails for special events and commemorative occasions. As a beverage educator, Hansel is particularly excited to share the science and art of good cocktail craftsmanship with at-home hosts, and hopes to empower anyone with the foundational skills to create their own show-stopper libation centerpieces.
